Women and Newborn's Health

This session will review current evidence from the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (SOGC), as well as from the nutrition lifecycle position paper, to discuss how women’s body weight changes over the lifecycle and strategies to promote a healthy weight, regardless of where attendees are on their health journey. This free wellness session is designed to be interactive, allows attendees to share their story and is meant to promote body positivity.
